Products
This site sells fine art prints of original artwork by Zoë Alexandra Payne, made to order on archival paper, and physical copies of the book Finding Zoë Through Her Art by Luke Ollett. All prices are listed in US dollars.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout via WooPayments (Stripe) or the other payment methods offered. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully authorized. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the case of a suspected error in pricing or availability, in which case you’ll be notified and fully refunded.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped personally by Luke Ollett. Since fine art prints are made to order, please allow a little extra time for printing before your order ships. Shipping times and any charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Intellectual property
The artwork of Zoë Alexandra Payne and the text of Finding Zoë Through Her Art are protected by copyright. Purchasing a print or a copy of the book gives you the physical item only — it does not transfer any copyright, and reproduction, scanning, or redistribution of the artwork or text without permission is not permitted.
Limitation of liability
Every reasonable effort is made to accurately represent the colors and detail of each print, but slight variation between your screen and the printed piece is normal and not a defect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
